Acquired by SIE in 2005 and currently a wholly owned subsidiary, SN Systems will be fully integrated into the SIE family as one unified company on April 1, 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"sie-paragraph\">\u201cThe exceptionally talented team at SN Systems has been an integral part of Sony Interactive Entertainment by driving innovation in tools development, which has been central to our success across multiple PlayStation generations,\u201d said Hideaki Nishino, CEO, Platform Business Group, Sony Interactive Entertainment. \u201cThis next step in our partnership will strengthen our shared sense of unity. Together, we look forward to continuing to empower developers to create compelling gaming experiences for PlayStation players.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"sie-paragraph\">Founded in 1990, SN Systems has set industry standards for development tools in the gaming industry.
