A New Way to Join Sony Interactive Entertainment — the Team Behind PlayStation

We recently launched the new Career Site for open roles at Sony Interactive Entertainment dedicated to working on the PlayStation brand and with PlayStation Studios.

A smarter, bolder experience that is not just a traditional refresh, the new site is an important step towards a more engaging and intuitive experience aimed at future and emerging talent.

“We wanted to build a site that not only better reflects the innovation and dynamism of our brand, but also streamlines the way we connect top talent to the right opportunities,” said Deborah Andrychuk, Director, Global Talent Attraction. “Yes, we are known for the PlayStation brand, but we are more than gaming. We are an innovative tech company and an entertainment company that continues to capture the hearts and minds of fans around the world. The ability to work together and collaborate across all our various divisions is part of what makes us a special place to be a part of. We are “one” and that’s not just a statement, it’s built into our DNA.”

Among the new features of the site:

• Modern Look & Feel: A fresh design, better navigation, and deeper content that highlights our values, benefits, team stories, and our workplace.

• Unified Global Job Search: Explore all SIE roles worldwide in one place — offering transparency into what we value, how we hire, and opening new paths for growth, all shaped by your feedback.

• Talent Community: We will be able to provide a cadence of communication with candidates who are interested in learning more about SIE. If they are lacking a skill needed for a role or they were in the running for a role, but lose out to another candidate, we can ensure we keep them in mind for future positions. In our communications, we will talk about SIE news, highlight our people, and spotlight hot jobs.

• Conversational Search: Meet Ichi, your AI-powered guide to faster job searches, deeper insights into roles and benefits, and a seamless path to join our Talent Community.

• Streamlined Updates: We can now quickly refresh imagery and content — so our story stays vibrant and aligned with our goals.
